The new headquarters for the jewelry company «Uniopt Pachleitner Group», located in Graz (Austria), is constructed under the project of Austrian architectural studio «GS Architects». In unusual building project of the Black Panther will be reflected style and philosophy of production of this known manufacturer.

The dynamical and ambitious aesthetics of structure with acute angles, sides and reflecting surfaces reminds a sculptural composition. The building is constructed with use of ultra-modern materials and hi-tech technologies, namely: acoustic windows systems, smart ventilation system, unusual exterior facade, and also effective maintenance of premises with a natural sunlight.

Headquarters interiors continue the sculptural styles set by an exterior. At the same time, this silent and beautiful place urged to become a source of inspiration for new creative ideas.

The effective design of spacious premises executed mainly in black-and-white color scale, is diluted by an abundance of the transparent and protected glasses with fragments of unique art sketches.

Ambitious building materials, color and building geometry cause the hints corresponding to its effective jewelry name.

The Spanish architects from Subarquitectura bureau have lowered this house from one of the Madrid slopes. The wide part of the house is brief and gradually goes down downwards, using a natural skew of a slope.

BBI-Info Tower appeared at the main airport of Berlin, intends to become a significant element of an infrastructure.

Spiral Tower in Berlin Airport

The tower will function as an observation post with which will supervise process of building of a new complex of the airport.

The facade represents a series of triangles which turn round an axis on 6 degrees, counter-clockwise. The unusual and impressing form creating various prospects, depending on a review point as a result turns out. Dynamic rotation of a tower embodies in the architectural form idea of a wind, the movement, associating with the airport.

In Krakow the new hotel, a joint architectural product of Berlin bureau J Mayer H, Polish OVOTZ Design Lab and GD&K Consulting has opened.

The building is called SOF, and characteristic line of hotel — furnish by aluminium and the windows framed with dark horizontal strips which cross a facade.

The hotel is erected in the city centre, on crossing of the basic transport routes. From hotel rooms the fine kind on an old city opens.interior decoration

German design the studio under the direction of Werner Aisslinger has finished the project of the hotel providing "house" stay to all lodgers. The new guest house is opened in Berlin.

Michelberger Hotel it is located in the former building of mill Featuring. As well as it is necessary to any mill constructed in the last century, in a German building is both a brick facade, and high ceilings, and, of course, the big windows. The basic building of a mill was perfectly transformed to the social centre of hotel.

For creation of design of an interior experts — Anja Knauer and Sibylle Oellerich have been involved. In design an interior the subjects found on a flea market and a product from the laminated larch have been used. It has turned out, as always at Germans, it is practical, simply and cheaply.

Each element of registration has been picked up and selected specially for this project. Each trifle, up to bottles with water, has passed the rigid test н compatibility with other subjects of an interior.

In each room of the hotel — unique wall-paper. In the centre of drawing of wall-paper — symbols and images of management and founders of hotel.

In hotel numbers of three sizes — for the persons living individually, and for groups are provided, up to 4х the person. Also, here are available also Lux — of a room for businessmen and foreign tourists.

Materials, ideas and a creative embodiment — here that set of things which creates unsurpassed atmosphere and special spirit in capital of Germany — Berlin.

The constant reconstruction and improvement of architectonic forms of East Berlin as if a magnet draws tourists from every corner of the globe. Now, at last, the new group of hotels aspires to finish this bright way of life and a unique historical patina to the apogee.

Hotel Michelberger, has been opened in September, 2009, together with the well-known bridge Oberbaum on river Spree, and will supplement fascinating impression of a city, in all aspects.

Spain aspires to become for a long time already the most hospitable country for tourists and businessmen — thanks to it, for the American travellers receiving the visa of the countries of the Schengen agreement (Schengen visa) in the Spanish embassy, period of validity of this visa — whole half a year. And here now the next step to increase of comfort having a rest — one of the largest airports of Europe in Barcelona became on one terminal more.

On building of the terminal having the form and a kind of a sword, it is spent about 1,7 billion dollars. On expectations, introduction of the new area will allow to increase a volume of passenger traffic to 30 million persons a year — this figure in 2 times more present throughput of the airport.

The bent and smooth terminal which has been developed Ricardo Bofill reflects recent trends in building not only facilities of similar appointment, but also in general, any modern buildings. It is a question and of solar batteries, and about water heated up glass walls which, in addition, allow to illuminate perfectly a building natural light and to admire a fine view on the city.

The airport — now not simply transport station, but also a resort — SPA, fitness-centre, a hairdressing salon, churches of various faiths, beds and, certainly, about 80 shops and restaurants — all it provides comfortable conditions of passengers in case of delay of departures and flights.

Among 19 airlines which now are based in T1, it is possible to notice: US Airways, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines and Spainair.

Them will soon join American Airlines, airline Iberia and Vueling.

Terminal T1 is extremely difficult design from the point of view of logistics and technologies: more than 100,000 passengers will pass through the terminal every day, and more than 15,000 people will work there. Integration of the big communication centre and the centre on rendering of services in the field of communication has rendered a great influence on design of a building.

All aforesaid allows to say that we are witnesses of opening of one of the largest projects of the civil building, ever spent in Europe; the project combining high technologies, respect for environment and high quality of service.

The Parisian architect Pascal Grasso has established the time portable design serving by restaurant on a roof of building Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris.

This unique “a dining room on twelve persons” has an unusual appearance on Eiffel tower. The restaurant consists of a glass cubicle and the punched metal screen closing kitchen.

The London designers of company Amanda Levete Architects have finished a building facade to Oxford Street in London.

10 hills located on the area, the architectonic giant consist of four glassed facades directing light in office premises. As absence of a daylight on narrow small streets of a large retail artery is a key question, such design is very justified.

Architects used technologies which are usually used for designing of cases of courts. Huge glasses are equipped by self-cleaning system.

In Slovakia, in the city of Bratislava, there was new fitness center RELAXX. Architects Andrea Klimkov and Peter Kručay from architectural workshop AK2, have created a sculptural composition from glass and concrete on 5 m2.

The building plan has the form of a rectangle in the size approximately 20х100 meters. Functionally floors share as follows: on the ground floor, commercial premises, retail trade, services and soft drinks. The second floor has placed in itself sports halls and Welness the center.

On the third floor: a golf club, a sun deck, bio-restaurant and a children's playground.

On the fourth and fifth floors: sports and weakening halls which share on dry and wet zones. The dry zone on the fourth floor includes the fitness center, aerobics, a hall for exercises on system yoga, in a damp zone on the fifth floor the swimming pool, by a jacuzzi, a sauna, massage, a bar, in turn, is placed.
