Garbage Continents

To the given idea of Dutches has provoked a large quantity of garbage at oceans, mainly the plastic, creating at times hardly-whether not "garbage continents". Because of features of currents the dust accumulates in certain areas of Pacific ocean or Atlantic where remains for many years.

And though the essential part of this garbage — the small fragments disseminated on hundred thousand of sq.km., in the sum of it can suffice for construction of "the second Hawaii".
