This marina will be intended first of all for service of tourist passenger liners. After the building will be finished, into the seaport can arrive at once two huge ocean liners. Thus, the sea terminal can serve simultaneously for ten thousand persons. Here will work about eight hundred persons.

The new architectural project will be as much as possible harmless. The basic part of day illumination will be natural, instead of artificial. And on a terminal roof the park will settle down, where passengers can perfectly spend time in expectation of the sea cruises, instead of pining in the usual closed waiting room as in other sea ports. Besides, will be used a eco systems of gathering and clearing of rain water for needs of a complex, and also reception of the electric power from renewed sources (solar batteries).

Cost of building of this marina will cost for the budget of Hong Kong — 460 million dollars. The solemn opening are planned to 2013.

Interior Design The Hong Kong Airport Concept

Interior Design

Airport, Hong Kong

The new airport concept should be consolidated with surrounding city context. Architectonic bureau Aedas has made it a basis of the conceptual project.

The airport becomes a part of a city landscape

WKT Airport will serve the passengers who have arrived both to Hong Kong, and to China thus it's unusual enough to the traditional international airports which are usually being the property of one country.

The construction place is on border of the West Kowloon Cultural District, near to Victoria Harbour. The design of a building is completely identical to city structure.

Interior Design WEST KOWLOON CULTURAL DISTRICT, HONG KONG, OMA

Interior Design

OMA's proposal is one of the shortlisted entries for WEST KOWLOON CULTURAL DISTRICT Masterplan.

"We have tried to make the district a microcosm of the city in its combination of density and nature, discovering, to our own surprise, that we could realize the vast program and still preserve wide swaths of open space. An unsolicited part of our project is a Cultural Masterplan: a collaboration with experts from the cultural and financial worlds, based on a debriefing of Hong Kong’s stakeholders.
This cultural masterplan works in tandem with the physical plan, each informing and empowering the other. It tries to establish a new zone of creativity, interplay, and production on the basis of an existing infrastructure that, I can already testify, makes a mockery of the notion that Hong Kong has 'no culture'."
