The building was built in 2007 is located in the Ten Mile Point / Wedgewood Estates neighborhood of Victoria, British Columbia in Canada. The design is minimalist but contemporary house, offers a sea view, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Designed by Canadian studio built KB Design and Abstract Developments. It is suitable for a place of relaxation.   The design is made by combining the use of wood, steel, stone, and glass in a beautiful balance. Offering a warm atmosphere, open, modern design layout with indoor and outdoor section was very fitting. Exceptional design. VIA

 amazing modern house called palabritas. The house is designed with red and white color scheme with modern artistic styles. This house was designed by Jose Orrego, with the basic design of the house white box located in the elegant Palabritas Beach in Lima, Peru. Its design is very typical of the state territory. Inside the house itself there is a swimming pool and a beautiful arrangement of space with a clear division of space and accompanied by stunningly beautiful scenery from all directions, so add this beautiful house.

Acqua Liana is a house which showed that not only small houses could be green and LEED certificated. This house is an incredible 15,071 square foot mansion that sits on 1.6 acres of oceanfront property near Palm Beach in Manalapan, Florida. Besides having 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms it has a lot of other features of luxury home design. Some of these features are: an oversized garage with windows to the pool above, fitness studio, swimmable water gardens, glass office, glass wine cellar, glass staircase, glass elevators, 2,000 gallon aquarium bar, waterfall spa with fireplace, yacht dockage and so on. LEED certificate became possible because the house utilizes enough solar power to run two average-sized homes, energy efficient appliances and air-conditioning, roof design that collects runoff water and several pools and ponds which reduce site’s temperature. Of course the price for such luxury is also amazing – $29,000,000.

For modern minimalism at its best, Spanish architecture firm A-cero takes us to Sotogrande, on the Mediterranean coast. This awesome modern house is a luxurious vacation home featuring a white palette, which provides interiors with clarity and brightness, as described by the architects, while creating a restful, relaxing atmosphere ideal for a modern holiday home. The 400m2 house organizes living areas on two floors, with the lower level devoted to public living and socializing areas, and the upper floor designated for private spaces like bedrooms and guest rooms. The architecture firm also designed the furniture – white lacquered pieces, modern fabrics and earth tones that complement the architecture beautifully. A rooftop patio provides a great vantage point for the stunning surrounding scenery and the 90m2 swimming pool below – a great backdrop for alfresco parties by day or night. A-cero.

Topping a concrete high-rise overlooking San Francisco’s Aquatic Park, this luxury penthouse apartment by California-based architect Craig Steely has it all – a stunning interior that is rivaled only by its breathtaking views. The original four-bedroom, four-bathroom space was redesigned into a stunning open-concept space that still provides privacy where you want it, but still lets you appreciate all its impeccable and thoughtful detail. We love the use of natural materials juxtaposed against the ultra-modern elements, all in this chic urban environment. From the richly finished Black walnut floors, the delicious wood kitchen and bathroom, to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls the flood every corner with natural light. Craig Steely.

Fascinating, it’s the first word that came out after watching the stunning interior floor design of the building. The living room is very large and open, and there is also a fireplace, which gives rise to the impression of a mixture of classic and modern interior dream home 2011 design. The architecture of the building can be seen with 4-way corner where sunlight directly  can enter through the glass. There are very high open shelves and adjoining walls. It can give the impression of compact and semi libraries to place your favorite books. During the morning sunlight can be awaken you by entering through the transparent window glass. This cozy house design in Italy by Italian architects Damilano Studio sets the stage for luxury living and contemporary tastes. This glass wall house has a light, airy quality without being minimalist or cold. With a unique multi-level layout, private yet connected living areas bring the best of both worlds. And yet another cozy "layer" of this house plan can be found outside its walls. For every indoor level, there is an outdoor entertaining area equivalent overlooking the piece de resistance – this swimming pool house truly has it all! Interiors are clean and cool, but with nature at every turn, both in its styling and materials as well as the ever-present views. Even the bathroom offers a bit of the great outdoors through its open concept design overlooking a large window and frosted-glass walls, for privacy. Damilano Studio Architects
