The great architect take order only on the most unusual architectural projects, thus the project of new headquarters of Apple will take place in Santa Clara area (California), in immediate proximity from present campus. And if the Pentagon it's a five-pointed star, the new Apple trend it's the circle.


In a new ultra-modern complex on four floors there will be 260,000 sq.m. of office premises, almost 28,000 sq.m. of research laboratories, and also a conference hall for more than one thousand person! Besides, "the green power station" (solar panels, wind turbines) should provide electricity for all floors of a building.

The parking for employees of this headquarters, and also for visitors of Apple Corp. will take place under ground.

International company of Aedas has presented the design project of new hotel and a multi-functional complex which is planned to construct by 2012th year in Guanzhou.

The building will be constructed in the centre of an exhibition zone. Architects consider, that they managed to think up the unique and cult concept forming original identity, allocating a complex against architectural neighbours.

Mobile floor plates destroy seeming massiveness of a design and allow light to get into a showroom. At the bottom level of a building are located various trading zones, comfortable cafes, exotic restaurants, trend boutiques and other showrooms, there is an exit in the underground.

Plans on building of the transit terminal in San Francisco have been slightly corrected, on purpose to involve additional money. Now, for the project “San Francisco Transit Center” it is required 1,2 billion dollars.

Realization time has increased for more than one year, to finish building is planned in the end of 2015 year. Besides an elevated part, the underground station of a high-speed train here will be built. Under the old plan the Ry station should be constructed after terminal start, but simultaneous start saves 100 million dollars and increases chances of attraction of the federal grant in volume of 400 million. Redesign will manage in 15 million.

However in this situation there are some risks. If the grant is not received, 15 million, spent for redesign, will be simply lost. Chris Daly, director Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA), considers, that such risks are justified: “I am a player. And I wish to make a course”.

Agency Pelli Clarke Pelli became designers of the project of the new transit terminal. Station already named in the people “Grand Central Station of the West”. Known designers of social habitation, architectural bureau OFIS ARHITEKTI, have won competition on the concept of a student's hostel in Paris. So what should be student's apartment of the near future?
Complexity of the project consists that under the general plan of Paris in this place in 2012 the branch of a tram and hostel building should be started it is necessary to finish in 2011. Other purpose of the project of the project consists in that it is achieved in peak efficiency of the future buildings in respect of economy of the electric power.
